Free Shipping promotion applies only to orders totaling over $99.00 in value and shipped to any of 48 contiguous US states. Shipping Policy and Promotions may be changed at any time without prior notice at our own discretion.
For US states and territories outside of the contiguous 48 states, we use the most affordable shipping method that is available at time of shipping.
